Adrian Messer
Adrian has worked in the maintenance & reliability field for nearly 20 years. During that time, he has worked with manufacturing & distribution facilities across multiple industries helping to improve their plant’s asset reliability through improved condition monitoring. As Vice President of Executive Services at Proreli, Adrian has a focus on finding and placing high level maintenance & reliability professionals in jobs that are the right fit based off of their needs, wants, and qualifications. He also works with companies to fill upper-level M&R positions. In addition to identifying and vetting maintenance & reliability talent, he also advises companies when they have a need for a subject matter expert to work with them on a contract basis for special reliability focused projects.
Adrian is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) through the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and is actively involved with SMRP on a local and National level, and he resides in Anderson, South Carolina.

After a long career practicing reliability, George found a new way to put his many, many industry certifications to good use and started his own reliability consultancy. Sanya Mathura, MLE, is the Founder of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd. based in Trinidad, and operates in the capacity of Managing Director and Senior Consultant. She works with global affiliates in the areas of Reliability and Asset Management to bring these speciality niches to her clients.

Sanya possesses a strong engineering background with a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering and MSc in Engineering Asset Management. She has recently attained her MLE (Machinery Lubrication Engineer) certification from ICML (International Council of Machinery Lubrication) and is the first in her country to secure this certification and notably the first female as well.

Sanya has worked in the lubrication industry for the past several years and has used her engineering background to assist various industries with lubrication related issues both locally in Trinidad and Tobago, regionally and internationally. She has solved lubrication problems and provided training in the Automotive, Industrial, Marine, Construction and Transportation sectors.
